This is not coaching, training, facilitation, or culture work. The focus is on calm orientation and clean action — resulting in decisions that hold under real pressure.

Participants work with one unresolved work-related decision as an entry point.
What settles is not the decision itself, but how you orient yourself under complexity in general (e.g. when stakes and ambiguity are high).

This workshop serves leaders as individuals in a shared professional space — participants work independently and can be from different levels/units of your organization. While the thinking of others becomes visible in the room, the focus remains on your personal clarity and clean action.

Preparation (each participant):
Bring one work-related decision you haven’t made yet, that keeps returning to your attention.

A small workshop for individuals who want clearer orientation around an unresolved decision in their life.

This is not coaching, therapy, or self-improvement work. Nothing is pushed or fixed. The focus is on calm orientation and personal clarity — so that next steps become easier to see.

Participants work with one decision they haven’t made yet, that keeps returning to their attention. The decision serves as an entry point — as orientation settles, the decision often becomes clearer.

Each participant works independently. Others are present as fellow humans, not as mirrors, feedback-givers, or problem-solvers.

Preparation:
Bring one decision you haven’t made yet, that keeps returning to your attention.
If nothing specific comes to mind, it’s likely not the right moment to attend.
